Status: Version 1.4 (Hex Edition) At ColorMind, we believe that your privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy describes how our application handles your information. Because our app is designed to be privacy-first, the short version is: We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

1. Information Collection and Use ColorMind – Color Recall does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). No Personal Data: We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. No Tracking: We do not use cookies, trackers, or any third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics). No Account Required: You can use all features of the app without creating an account or logging in.
2. Data Storage All game-related data is stored locally on your device using Android’s SharedPreferences. Stored Data: This includes your high score, current game state (for the Resume feature), Brain Power Index (BPI), and your preferred settings (speed, colorblind mode). Local Only: This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any cloud servers or external databases. Data Deletion: If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data, including your high scores and progress, will be permanently deleted by the Android system.
3. Permissions The app is built to work with the absolute minimum number of permissions required to function: Haptic Feedback: The app uses the device's vibration motor to provide tactile feedback during gameplay. This is a standard system feature. No Internet Access: The app does not request the INTERNET permission. It is designed to work 100% offline. No Sensitive Permissions: We do not request access to your Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Precise Location.
4. Third-Party Services & Sharing The app includes a "Share" feature that allows you to share your score or rank. Native Sharing: When you tap the Share button, the app uses the standard Android Intent system to pass a text string to your chosen application (e.g., WhatsApp, Twitter, or SMS). No Data Harvesting: We do not receive any information about who you share with or which third-party apps you use.
5. Children’s Privacy Our application does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is safe for users of all ages and does not contain advertisements or in-app purchases.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not collect contact information, we recommend checking this document periodically for any changes. Any updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
